Hello there! We are A1 Copy Service; a Los Angeles based, family owned company. Our company was established in 2021 with patient care in mind. We have 15 years of combined knowledge and experience in this industry. Currently, we work directly with medical providers as liaisons for patients, health clinics and hospitals. We fulfill any incoming requests for medical records, itemized billing statements and x-ray images.
We understand the burdens involved in requests for medical records and we also understand that patient care is the top priority. Our service alleviates the burden of all phone calls, emails and faxes regarding requests for medical records as well as having to retrieve all the records and sending them out to each requestor. The facility would otherwise have to handle that on their own. That's why we highly suggest the requesting parties submit their requests directly to us.

Using our service will eliminate many issues with law firms that have to deal with multiple copy services on top of providers who handle requests for records in-house (or, without hiring a copy service), which can lead to a managerial nightmare. Between patients, copy services, providers, clinic staff, multiple invoices, duplicate records, incorrect records, and little to no response or reply.
