Instructions for Requesting Records:​​

To begin your request, click the link below, which will take you to our A1 Copy Service Dashboard:

 

1. Create an Account:

Once you're on the dashboard, you’ll need to create an account by clicking Register and entering the requested information.

​

2. Submit Your Request:

After setting up your account, you can submit your record request directly through the dashboard. Be sure to provide all the required details for faster processing.

​

3. Track Your Request:

You will received emails when the status has been updated. You can also use the dashboard to track the status of your request at any time.
